It has come to our attention that an unaffiliated, fraudulent business operating under the name TRADEMARKLY (and using the website domains www.trademarkly.ca and www.tradesmarkly.ca) is unlawfully using the name and likeness of Bonnie D. Headley, founder and owner of Greenspace® Trademark Services. This unaffiliated and fraudulent business has also appropriated the website content of Greenspace® Trademark Services and is using this content to promote its fraudulent business activities.

We are in no way affiliated with TRADEMARKLY, associated with, or responsible for the operations, or services offered by this fraudulent business. We have not authorized the use of our intellectual property, Bonnie D. Headley’s personal name, or her likeness, by this entity.

What You Should Know:

  • We are taking action: Legal and cybersecurity measures are currently underway to shut down this unauthorized business activity.
  • Protect yourself: Do not provide personal information, make payments, or engage in business transactions with TRADEMARKLY.
  • Official channels: All legitimate services and official communications from Bonnie D. Headley and Greenspace® Trademark Services are only conducted through our verified website at www.greenspacetrademarkservices.com and our authorized email address [email protected].
